Instead of Toilet Paper, you should be stocking up on Immune System Boosters!

I really can't get over, how people are stocking up on toilet paper during the coronavirus outbreak; instead of running to the stores for immune system boosters.


Since there are no cures for the coronavirus at this time. I suggest investing in boosting your god given immune system, that has sufficient capabilities of fighting foreign invaders like bacteria and viruses, when provided with the appropriate nurtrition!


BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM - it will help you survive the virus.

1. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables like Elderberry, Grapefruit, Oranges, Kiwis, Papaya, Lemons, Lime, Red Pepper, Spinach, Broccoli, Almonds, Carrots, Kale and many more. It is recommended to consume the vegetables raw versus cooked.

These are fully loaded with Vitamin C. I could get scientific in trying to make you understand how important the role of Vitamin C is, in building the first line of defense in your body. It helps the production and function of white blood cells. White blood cells are your first line of defense. If you lack good quality absorb-able Vitamin C, like the ones found in nature, then you lack the first line of defense!!


2. Increase your intake in these herbs and spices:

Garlic, Ginger, Oregano, Tumeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne and Paprika.


These spices are potent boosters for your immune system.


3. Alternative to food, are vitamins and supplements produced by Naturaceuticals.


There are so many brands in the market. You want the practitioner grade - the ones that practitioners have access to and can sell them in their clinics. Not the ones found over the counter in large chain grocery stores, especially not the cheapest ones.
